Ingredients

Apples:
Good source of vitamins A, B and C and riboflavin, pectin and boron. They help cleanse the system, eliminate toxins, lower blood cholesterol levels, maintain blood sugar levels and aid digestion.

Beets:
Excellent source of vitamin A, potassium and the enzyme betaine. Beets nourish, strengthen, and help cleanse the liver and gallbladder.

Carrots:
Rich in Vitamins A, B and C, calcium, potassium and sodium. Carrots have a cleansing effect on the digestive system and liver, help relieve arthritis and gout, and prevent the formation of kidney stones. Their antioxidant properties have been shown to help lower cholesterol, protect against cardiac disease, and cut risk of cancer. They also enhance mental function and decrease the risks of macular degeneration and cataracts.

Celery:
Helps detoxify carcinogens and lower blood pressure. It also acts as a mild diuretic.

Cucumbers:
A source of vitamin A, potassium, and iron. Cucumbers contain sterols, which may help reduce cholesterol.

Ginger:
A warming, cleansing antioxidant herb, ginger helps calm nausea and prevent vomiting. It stimulates blood flow to the digestive system, increases gallbladder action and nutrient absorption, and helps protect the liver from toxins and the formation of ulcers. Studies have shown that ginger’s anti-inflammatory properties relieve the swelling and pain of arthritis.

Kale:
Excellent antioxidant source of vitamins A and C, iron, folic acid, calcium and potassium.

Lemon/Limes:
Powerful cancer-fighting antioxidants high in vitamin C and limonene.

Parsley:
One of the richest sources of vitamin C, this amazing antioxidant and natural diuretic helps flush the kidneys and expel excess water.

Purple Cabbage:
A great source of choline (which improves mental function) and high in vitamin E, cabbage has been used as a remedy for anemia and a tonic to restore strength. It is beneficial to the liver, helps memory, detoxifies; helps boost immunity, promotes healing, prevents and heals ulcers, is effective in preventing colon cancer, may reduce blood sugar levels, is effective in remedying anemia, and is an anti-inflammatory.

Spinach:
High in vitamins E, A and C, this antioxidant is a good source of calcium, iron, potassium, protein, choline (which improves mental function) and folic acid (which protects the heart). It is also high in cancer-fighting lutein.

Sunflower Sprouts:
Source of vitamins A, B, C, D and E, calcium, linoleic acid and protein. They are considered helpful in healing muscle pain and strengthening bones and teeth.
